Blog Love

Good morning.  My dear sister in law, Cheryl of Fresh Vanilla for C, has passed on The Liebster Award to me and four other bloggers.  I was unaware of what this meant when I first read it.

Liebster is German and means 'dearest' or 'beloved' but it can also mean 'favorite'. The idea of the Liebster award is to bring attention to blogs with fewer than 200 followers. So, in the spirit of good fun I am passing this award on to 5 other bloggers.

    I have 196 followers......not that I am counting. I have been blogging for almost 2 years. Slowly slowly slowly, hah.
    I just sad a little prayer for Ella. Hope it all goes well.
    We have a member of family, Brett, age 9, that is having a serious surgery today. He has problems with his hip.....today they are putting a rod down his femur bone. Not something they do for children but it is a bandaide til they can come up with something else.

    Hi! I'm stopping by as I said in my comment to you on my blog. So fun to meet new bloggers. I discovered even moore fun. I had already a long time ago added your shop on Etsy to my favorites there. Haha funny coincidence:))
    I wonder how you found me?

    Your kitchen is taking an amazing turn. I anderstand you very well wanting to do something with it even if it is rental. I anderstand the hood problem to. Ours is a affordable one from Ikea wich my bronther in law have built a decorative piece over to make it match the rest. I am so happy he did that. Perhaps you could get some helt doing that. Anyhow yous an decorative trim above it will do much also.

    I love you cushion, needless to say perhaps since you are in my faves on etsy. They are so pretty.

    Such a wonderful award you have gotten. It is a treasure to get those:)

    I gotta go, have lots to do before my house fills up with guesta tomorrow so no time for lingering at the computer.

    This is my first visit. I popped on over here to welcome you after seeing you on Brenda's Cozy little house welcome wagon Friday.

    Lovely blog! I think I'm going to become a frequent visitor. Congrats on being featured in Houzz and for getting the Liebster award! Your girls are adorable! I love, love, love San Franciso. I have only been there once (stayed for 10 days and explored the area.) San Fran remains in my heart forever! Love the northern coast of California. You have done a fantastic job making your apartment look cozy and VERY French!

    I just celebrated one year of blogging! Boy could I use the Liebster award. I seem to get a lot of traffic but no followers (if that means anything). Hope you'll stop by to visit me too.
